These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hard Part Done™, including our website, community, HPD Studio, memberships, courses, bootcamps, live sessions, downloadable resources, and related services.

By purchasing, joining, accessing, or using any Hard Part Done service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. About Hard Part Done

Hard Part Done is an education, community, research, and technology platform built for Etsy sellers.

Our services may include:

Hard Part Done community
HPD Studio
Courses and recorded training
Live bootcamps
Live classes and Q&A sessions
Community support
One-to-one support where included
Blocker calls where included
Etsy store and listing reviews
Product and market research
Product opportunities
Templates and downloadable resources
PLR resources where specifically stated
Other tools, training, and resources introduced over time

Some services and features are still being developed.

The features available to you depend on the membership, product, or program you purchase.

2. Independent From Etsy

Hard Part Done is an independent business.

Hard Part Done and PT Digital Orogeny Ventures are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

We provide education, research, tools, and resources relating to selling on Etsy, but Etsy operates and controls its own marketplace.

Etsy may change its:

Policies
Fees
Search systems
Ranking systems
Advertising systems
Seller requirements
Account procedures
Marketplace features

at any time.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Etsy’s current policies when operating your business.

3. Memberships

Hard Part Done may offer different membership tiers.

Different tiers may provide different levels of access to:

Community content
Training
Resources
HPD Studio
Support
Q&A
Calls
Courses
Other member benefits

The current membership options, pricing, billing period, and included benefits will be displayed on the applicable membership or checkout page.

Features available under a particular membership may develop over time.

4. Membership Fees and Billing

Memberships and other services may be offered through recurring subscriptions, one-time payments, or other billing arrangements.

Before purchasing, you will be shown the applicable:

Renewal terms

Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable payment method may be charged at the beginning of the next billing period unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.

Current prices are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

We may introduce new plans, change prices, or change the structure of future membership offerings.

Any applicable pricing and billing information will be shown before purchase.

5. Cancellation

Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time through the applicable membership or payment platform.

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Unless otherwise stated, your access may continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed.

6. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, mandatory payment-provider rules, or where a particular offer expressly states otherwise, Hard Part Done membership payments are non-refundable.

Please review the membership, product, program, and included features before purchasing.

Bootcamps, courses, consultations, live programs, or other separately purchased services may have their own refund or cancellation conditions.

Where separate terms are provided before purchase, those terms will apply to that particular purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Paddle and, where applicable, PayPal.

Payment providers may apply their own:

Terms
Payment procedures
Tax handling
Currency conversion
Fraud prevention
Billing requirements
Refund procedures

Hard Part Done generally does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

8. Community Platform

The Hard Part Done community is currently hosted on Skool.

Your use of Skool is also subject to Skool’s applicable terms and policies.

Your Hard Part Done membership and account are intended for your personal use.

You may not:

Share your account with another person
Resell your membership
Transfer access without permission
Give non-members access to paid resources
Copy or redistribute member-only content
Scrape community content
Collect member information without permission
Spam or repeatedly solicit other members
Misrepresent your identity or business

9. Community Conduct

Hard Part Done is intended to be a useful working environment for Etsy sellers.

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and use the community for its intended purpose.

We may restrict or remove content involving:

Harassment
Hate speech
Spam
Fraud
Illegal activity
Unauthorized promotion
Intellectual-property infringement
Pirated or stolen resources
Deliberate copying of another seller’s work
Sharing paid Hard Part Done resources
Repeated unsolicited messages
Deliberate disruption of discussions
Attempts to exploit or misuse our systems

Additional community rules may be published inside the Hard Part Done community.

By participating in the community, you agree to follow those rules as well.

10. HPD Studio

HPD Studio is a private, AI-assisted tool developed for eligible members of the Hard Part Done community.

It is not currently offered as a standalone public SaaS product.

Studio access may depend on factors including:

Membership tier
Active subscription status
Beta eligibility
Usage limits
Technical availability
Feature availability

If the membership that provides your Studio access ends, your access to HPD Studio may also end.

Access to Studio gives you permission to use the available features. It does not give you ownership of HPD Studio or its underlying technology.

11. HPD Studio Development and Beta Access

HPD Studio is actively being developed.

Beta and early-access features may:

Contain errors
Change over time
Have limited functionality
Be temporarily unavailable
Have usage restrictions
Be replaced
Be removed

Access to a beta feature does not guarantee that the feature will remain available permanently.

We may use member feedback, usage patterns, testing, and technical findings to improve Studio and decide what to build next.

12. Artificial Intelligence

HPD Studio may use artificial intelligence, including technology provided through the OpenAI API and other technical providers.

AI-generated information can contain mistakes.

Studio may assist with areas such as:

Product research
Market analysis
Keywords
Etsy SEO
Titles
Tags
Descriptions
Listing preparation
Product opportunities
Other research and execution tasks

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them.

13. No Guarantee About AI Outputs

Hard Part Done does not guarantee that an AI-generated output will be:

Completely accurate
Complete
Unique
Error-free
Legally safe
Free from third-party intellectual-property rights
Compliant with every Etsy policy
Suitable for your particular product
Capable of producing sales or rankings

AI is used to assist your work.

It does not remove your responsibility to review what you publish.

14. HPD Studio Usage and Fair Use

HPD Studio may have usage limits depending on the membership tier, feature, technical cost, or stage of development.

Limits may include monthly allowances, credits, fair-use restrictions, or other reasonable controls.

We may adjust these limits to:

Maintain service quality
Manage technical costs
Prevent abuse
Protect the platform
Provide reasonable access to members

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape Studio at scale, automate excessive requests, share access with non-members, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or deliberately interfere with technical restrictions.

15. Product Opportunities and Research

Hard Part Done may provide product opportunities, research, market observations, buyer information, keyword information, competitive analysis, and other decision-support resources.

These may be based on combinations of:

Public marketplace information
Research methods
Third-party tools
AI-assisted analysis
User-provided information
Historical observations
Other available signals

Marketplace information can change quickly.

Research should therefore be used as information to support your decision rather than as a promise that a product will succeed.

16. Estimates and Third-Party Data

Some Etsy and e-commerce research tools rely on estimated, inferred, third-party, or publicly available information.

Where Hard Part Done references information such as:

Search volume
Competition
Estimated sales
Ranking
Demand
Market opportunity
Buyer behavior

such information may be approximate rather than official marketplace data.

A precise-looking number is still capable of being an estimate.

You should consider multiple signals before making business decisions.

17. No Sales or Ranking Guarantee

Hard Part Done does not guarantee:

Sales
Revenue
Profit
Etsy rankings
Search positions
Traffic
Conversion rates
Bestseller status
Advertising performance
Account approval
Protection against account suspension
Any specific business outcome

Your results depend on many factors, including your products, market, pricing, competition, timing, design, customer experience, execution, and Etsy’s own systems.

Examples and case studies are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee similar results.

18. Education and Business Information

Hard Part Done provides educational information, research, tools, opinions, and practical business guidance.

Nothing provided through Hard Part Done should automatically be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice when your individual situation requires it.

19. Courses and Recorded Training

Hard Part Done may provide courses, lessons, recordings, workshops, or other educational materials.

Availability may depend on your:

Membership tier
Separate purchase
Program enrollment
Access period

Course structures, modules, instructors, recordings, and supporting resources may be updated as the material develops or Etsy changes.

Access to one course does not automatically give access to every current or future Hard Part Done course unless specifically stated.

20. Live Bootcamps

Hard Part Done may offer separately purchased live Bootcamps and other group programs.

A Bootcamp may include:

Live classes
Q&A sessions
Resources
Templates
Community access
One-to-one support where specified
Other benefits described before enrollment

Bootcamp pricing, duration, schedule, capacity, included support, and access conditions will be communicated before purchase.

Purchasing a community membership does not automatically include separately sold Bootcamps unless expressly stated.

21. Community Access Included With Programs

Some separately purchased programs may include access to a Hard Part Done membership tier.

Where community access is included, the applicable:

Renewal arrangement
Access conditions

will be stated with that program.

Program participation should not be interpreted as permanent or lifetime community access unless expressly stated in writing.

22. Live Sessions and Scheduling

Live classes, Q&A sessions, blocker calls, consultations, and other scheduled services may depend on availability.

For group programs, session times may be selected based on what reasonably accommodates the group.

We cannot guarantee that every session time will work for every participant.

Schedules may occasionally change because of availability, technical problems, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.

Where recordings are offered, the availability and duration of access may vary by program.

23. One-to-One Support

One-to-one support is available only where expressly included in your membership, Bootcamp, consultation, or other program.

Normal community access should not be interpreted as unlimited private coaching.

Different memberships or programs may provide different forms and levels of support.

Any applicable call limits, scheduling requirements, response expectations, or other conditions will be communicated with the relevant offer.

24. Blocker Calls

Certain membership tiers or programs may include blocker calls.

Blocker calls are intended to help resolve specific problems that require more discussion than a normal community post or message.

Availability, frequency, duration, and scheduling may depend on the applicable membership or program.

They should not be interpreted as unlimited consulting unless explicitly described that way.

25. Templates and Downloadable Resources

Hard Part Done may provide:

Templates
Checklists
Spreadsheets
Prompts
Graphics
Research documents
Guides
Design resources
Other downloadable materials

Unless another license is specifically provided, these materials are for your own personal or internal business use.

Receiving a resource does not automatically give you permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share it.

26. PLR and Resale Rights

Certain resources may specifically include Private Label Rights (PLR), commercial-use rights, or another form of resale license.

Where such rights are provided, the license accompanying that particular resource determines what you can and cannot do with it.

PLR rights for one resource do not automatically apply to other Hard Part Done materials.

Unless expressly stated, PLR or resale rights do not apply to:

Videos
HPD Studio
Community posts
Research reports
Hard Part Done branding
Proprietary systems
Other member-only content

If a resource does not specifically provide resale rights, you should assume those rights have not been granted.

27. Hard Part Done Intellectual Property

Hard Part Done materials may include intellectual property such as:

Hard Part Done™ branding
HPD Studio
Course materials
Videos
Written training
Frameworks
Research formats
Templates
Graphics
Software
Interfaces
Workflows
Proprietary methods and systems

These materials are owned by or licensed to PT Digital Orogeny Ventures and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing access gives you permission to use the applicable materials according to the terms of your purchase.

It does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

28. Copyright, Trademarks and Seller Responsibility

Hard Part Done does not encourage copying competitors or using intellectual property without permission.

Market research does not give you permission to reproduce another seller’s:

Design
Product
Artwork
Text
Photograph
Branding
Trademark
Other protected material

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you create and sell comply with applicable laws and Etsy policies.

You should independently check intellectual-property issues where necessary.

29. Content You Submit

You remain responsible for content you submit to Hard Part Done, including:

Community posts
Questions
Images
Files
Prompts
Etsy URLs
Product information
Feedback
Content submitted through HPD Studio

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide that content.

You must not intentionally upload content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Our handling of personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

30. Feedback and Suggestions

Members may voluntarily provide feedback about Hard Part Done, HPD Studio, courses, or other services.

This can include:

Feature suggestions
Bug reports
Ideas
Workflow suggestions
Comments about beta features

You allow us to use this feedback to develop and improve Hard Part Done without an obligation to compensate you.

Personal information associated with feedback will continue to be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

31. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary if a user:

Seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms
Shares paid accounts or resources
Engages in harassment
Uses the community for spam
Engages in fraud
Misuses HPD Studio
Attempts unauthorized access
Creates security risks
Infringes intellectual-property rights
Uses our services for unlawful purposes
Deliberately disrupts the community or service

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning before taking action.

Serious abuse, fraud, security threats, or deliberate unauthorized access may result in immediate restriction or termination.

Termination resulting from a material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

32. Service Availability

We aim to keep Hard Part Done and HPD Studio available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be affected by:

Maintenance
Updates
Technical problems
Hosting outages
Skool outages
AI-provider outages
API problems
Etsy changes
Security issues
Third-party platform changes
Events outside our reasonable control

Temporary interruptions do not automatically create a right to compensation or a refund, except where required by applicable law.

33. Changes to Features and Services

Hard Part Done is actively developing.

We may add, update, replace, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

This is particularly relevant to beta and technology-based features such as HPD Studio.

Membership gives you access to the services and benefits applicable to your membership. It does not guarantee that every individual feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

If a material change affects a paid service, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and any specific terms governing that purchase.

34. Third-Party Services

Hard Part Done relies on third-party services that may include:

Skool
Paddle
PayPal
OpenAI
Hostinger
Google
Meta
TikTok
Etsy
Other technical providers

We do not control the continued availability, policies, systems, or decisions of independent third-party providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Digital Orogeny Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of Hard Part Done.

This may include loss of:

Revenue
Profit
Data
Business opportunities
Advertising spend
Marketplace visibility
Expected sales

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

36. Your Business Remains Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your Etsy business and the decisions you make.

This includes:

Products you create
Products you sell
Pricing
Store management
Customer service
Advertising
Taxes
Intellectual-property compliance
Etsy policy compliance
Information you publish
Reviewing AI-generated outputs
Protecting your login credentials

Hard Part Done provides education, research, tools, resources, and support.

You remain the operator of your business.

37. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Hard Part Done Privacy Policy.

By using Hard Part Done, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as Hard Part Done develops or when legal, operational, membership, or technical requirements change.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use after an update will be handled according to applicable law and the terms presented to you.

39. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Indonesia.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law and cannot legally be excluded by contract.
