Hard Part Done is an education, community, research, and execution platform primarily built for people selling or planning to sell digital products on Etsy.

7. HPD Studio

HPD Studio is a private, AI-assisted tool built exclusively for eligible members of the Hard Part Done™ community.

It is not currently intended to operate as a standalone public SaaS product.

HPD Studio is being developed to help community members with parts of the Etsy workflow that can involve significant research, analysis, and repetitive work.

Depending on the version and features available, HPD Studio may assist with areas such as:

Product and opportunity research
Market analysis
Etsy SEO
Keyword and listing research
Titles
Tags
Descriptions
Listing preparation
Product information
Other Etsy research and execution tasks

Additional functionality may be introduced as Studio develops.

Access to HPD Studio may depend on your community membership, membership level, usage limits, beta status, or other conditions communicated to members.

If your eligible membership ends, your access to member-only Studio features may also end.

8. Information Processed Through HPD Studio

Depending on the feature you use, you may provide Studio with:

This information is processed to provide the feature or output you requested and, where appropriate, maintain and improve the service.

Information you do not have permission to use

unless a specific feature expressly requires it and explains how that information will be handled.

9. Artificial Intelligence and OpenAI

HPD Studio uses the OpenAI API as part of its AI-assisted functionality.

Information submitted to AI-powered features may therefore be processed through OpenAI and other technical infrastructure providers required to provide the requested functionality.

We may use AI to assist with research, analysis, listing preparation, SEO, content generation, classification, or other Studio functions.

AI-generated outputs can contain errors.

Hard Part Done does not guarantee that an AI-generated title, keyword, tag, description, research result, recommendation, or other output will be accurate, complete, suitable, or produce a particular Etsy result.

Members are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using or publishing them.

As HPD Studio develops, we may introduce additional AI providers, models, or technical infrastructure. If this materially changes how personal information is handled, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

10. Etsy Data and Public Marketplace Information

Hard Part Done primarily serves Etsy sellers, so some services may process information relating to Etsy products, stores, listings, keywords, or marketplace activity.

You may voluntarily provide:

Other information relevant to the feature you are using

Hard Part Done may also process publicly available marketplace information where permitted for research, education, audits, analysis, and HPD Studio functionality.

We use Paddle to process and manage applicable purchases and subscriptions.

We may also use PayPal where available or appropriate.
